Rebaudioside A 98% powder (without bitter taste)

It is white or light yellow powder. Reb-A is the best component of steviol glycosides. Reb-A 98% is obtaineded from Rebaudioside A 80%.

Its taste is much closer to cane sugar without any bitter taste. At the same time, it can keep the original sweet taste not easy to disappear in the mouth. The melting point is 196°C-198°C. It can resist high temperature and is more stable in the acidic and alkali solution (PH5-7). So the product can improve the taste and quality of foods.
